Improving Emotional Intelligence through Heart Rhythm Practices

emotional intelligence

Improving emotional intelligence is a key to overall health. Emotions are a significant aspect of our being and they have been misunderstood. If we deny our emotions, this can lead to illness, drama and worse.

Working with the heart will allow you to be more open towards others without negative vulnerability. You can leave behind rigid dogma and find your own spiritual truth.

Intelligence has typically been associated with mind. But enough research has been done that we know now that the heart has intelligence as well. And the heart is directly connected to our emotions.

Emotions can be thought of as energy vibrating. Different emotions vibrate at different frequencies. You can try to sense the frequency of your emotions and how each is different.

Your emotions are messengers. You should try to listen for the messages they bring. Harmonious emotions signal you are on the right path. Inharmonious emotions are signals to make a change.

Emotional intelligence refers to our ability to know our own emotions and have awareness of the emotions of others.

Tips for Improving Emotional Intelligence

Emotions are energy and energy wants to vibrate and move. You can do this through heart rhythm practices. Heart Rhythm Practices create an energetic and emotional healing process in your body.

Psycho-therapeutic approaches may take years to show results and can be super expensive. Work on your heart chakra doesn’t need to replace other therapies and is a safe self-help tool which will bring you quick and tangible results.

I would advise you to honor all aspects of yourself, including all your emotions. You should realize that your heart is trying to speak to your through these emotional signals.

Put your attention an your emotions, bodily sensations and visions during your practices. Send breath into any sensations and go toward any emotion. This may be counter-intuitive but the direct approach works best when working with the heart. Remember that you are always in control of the experience, through control of your breath.

Give your emotions what they want and need.. to be listened to, to move, and to be responded to. As you meditate on your heart through the practices on this site you will connect with your emotional intelligence in a very powerful way.
