Different Strokes for Different Folks
This website is all about healthy heart practices you can do to benefit your body, mind, emotions and spiritual self. There is no one right way to meditate. This website can direct you to some of the best resources that I know of for relaxation, healthy hearts and meditation.
When I’m finished meditating I always feel relaxed and I have a confidence that my day will flow with purpose and guidance from my 20 minute practice. It’s a bit like exercising every day.
